These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Transfer With Me, operated by Moyola AI (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Transfer With Me is an AI-powered online practice platform designed to help pupils in Northern Ireland prepare for the SEAG Transfer Test. The service includes practice questions, an AI companion tutor, progress tracking, and parent dashboard features.

The service is intended for children aged 10–11 (P6/P7), with accounts managed by a parent or legal guardian.

2. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create a parent account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You must provide accurate information during registration
  • Child accounts are created and managed by the parent account holder

3. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Access to practice features requires an active paid subscription
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
  • New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial
  • You will be charged at the end of your trial unless you cancel before it ends
  • Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable

Current Plans

  • Standard — £9.99/month (one child)
  • Two-Child Household — £14.99/month (up to two children)

4. Cancellation and Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You retain access until the end of the period you have paid for
  • Refunds for partial months are not provided
  • If you cancel during a free trial, you will not be charged

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Use automated tools to scrape or copy our question content
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
  • Reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit our content

6. Children's Accounts

  • Child accounts are created by and linked to a parent account
  • Parents are responsible for supervising their child's use of the platform
  • Children interact with an AI companion tutor; responses are generated by AI and should not be treated as professional educational advice
  • We design child-facing features to be safe, encouraging, and age-appropriate

7. School Partnerships

When a subscribing family nominates their child's school during setup, we send a one-time £5 donation to that school. School partnership terms may be subject to a separate agreement.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on Transfer With Me (questions, designs, software, AI models) is owned by Moyola AI
  • You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the service for its intended purpose
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission

9. AI-Generated Content

Our platform uses AI to generate practice questions, explanations, and companion interactions. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. Transfer With Me is a supplementary practice tool and should not be relied upon as the sole preparation method for the Transfer Test.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
  • We do not guarantee specific test results or outcomes
  • Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

11. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
